The Scottish French connection can be traced back for many years from recent sporting adventures such as rugby and golf, through the great wars to the Auld Alliance and further back into history by Doggerland, the land-bridge that once existed between the two countries. Trade and social exchange between the two countries has developed an enduring friendship between the two nations. In this room we bring some of the french decadence and artistic flair back to the area where french traders have plied their wares for years.
The room itself is large with two windows overlooking the High St reminiscent of many a small town in Burgundy. An on-suite double shower room adds a certain Parisian twist whilst the French furniture completes the room making it more of a place of relaxation than just a bedroom. The room could comfortably take three adults or it makes a perfect family room.
